ePassporte implemented new security rules that affected your ePassporte account and how you use it. Please note the following changes to your ePassporte account:

1. Your account will no longer be placed in Fund Protection Mode for reaching a balance of $5,000.00 US and you will not be asked to send us verification documents for this.
2. Please consult our the "Add Funds" page after logging in to your ePassporte account as you may be eligible to load via EU bank transfer through the service provided by 2000Charge. You may load up to $5,000.00 US per 24-hour period with EU bank transfer.
3. Funds may only be added to your ePassporte account by receiving Business-to-Peer (B2P) transfers from ePassporte Business accountholders or by EU bank transfers (please see item #3). Funds may not be loaded to your ePassporte account from any credit and debit cards, other than ones you've verified and used in the past.
4. The Peer-to-Peer functionality (sending and receiving funds from non-business ePassporte accounts) is a function no longer offered to Controlled Accounts. If you have an ePassporte Controlled Gift Card account, the only non-busiess account you may send money to and receive money from, is the ePassporte cardholder that gave you this account as a gift.
